The future does not ask whether your offering keeps up. Anyone who wants to help shape it needs no off-the-shelf skill updates, but the competence beneath them: bearing uncertainty and separating the demonstrable from the merely plausible. We call this attitude up for the future.
That is what the Science Lunch is for: every Friday from 12 to 1 pm, online and free. One hour of science and practice in dialogue, short impulses, then the conversation. You have a seat at the table, among colleagues who value substance. Here the Scientific Trainer community brings its expertise to everyone responsible for learning and development in organizations.
What is coming up next you can see in the program below. And if you have something to bring yourself: the stage is open.
Our guiding principle: Science is the blueprint for future learning.
COMING UP IN THE SCIENCE LUNCH
The program for the coming Fridays.
More Fridays are being planned, and one of them could be yours. Recent guests: Dr. Franz Sperlich (medical knowledge for trainers, consultants and coaches) and Prof. Dr. Ulrich Lenz (Return on Learning and Development).
TAKE THE STAGE
Bring in your expertise.
The best moments of the Science Lunch happen when experience meets experience: an L&D leader reporting how her team introduced impact measurement. A Scientific Trainer showing what the program changed in his business. A subject expert scientifically putting a widespread method to the test.
If you have such a contribution, we are glad to give you the stage: as a ten-minute short impulse, as a case report from your organization or as a conversation partner in dialogue with Franz Hütter. Enter your topic, format and preferred Friday in our contribution form in two minutes, and we clarify the rest in a short conversation.
