TÜV Rheinland examiner

The trainer is TÜV-certified in four disciplines

Three reasons why experienced trainers learn AI now, or fall behind.

1. EU AI Act from August 2026

Anyone who uses AI in trainings, coaching or consulting is, from then on, required to know the legal basics. Compliance today is the price of entry, not a nice-to-have.

2. Speed of content production

Anyone who can create high-quality content in a fraction of the time, texts, images, videos, custom GPTs, has a structural market advantage. Anyone who cannot keeps working with the time budget of 2022.

3. Instructional design meets tech

Software developers understand AI. Educators understand learning. Whoever combines both builds learning experiences others cannot deliver. That is where this program comes in.

What "AI Practitioner" really means.

You do not become a tech specialist, nor a prompt acrobat. You become a practitioner who uses AI confidently in your own L&D work, on a sound didactic basis, legally secure, with real added value for staff, clients and learners.

The program follows a clear principle: practice before theory. Application before experimentation. You start with a project of your own on the first day and implement it alongside the modules.

At the end of the 9 weeks:

  • 3–5 AI tools firmly in hand
  • High-quality content in a fraction of the time
  • Legal limits understood
  • Your own project implemented
  • AI Practitioner certificate in hand

Nine weeks, nine levers.

Each module is a 3-hour live session plus a 2-hour AI learning workshop. One concrete applied competence per week, no more, no less.

01AI overview & landscape

Who is who in the AI market. What is hype, what is substantial.

02Prompting & research

How to communicate with AI so that it is genuinely useful.

03Image generation

High-quality visuals for trainings, presentations, marketing, without licensing worries.

04Video production

AI-supported videos without a studio, without a camera team. Your own lower thirds.

05AI assistants (custom GPTs)

Build your own assistants for recurring tasks, without coding.

06Neuroscience-informed learning design & AI in L&D

How AI actually increases learning outcomes psychologically, rather than just looking hipper.

07Automation & AI-first strategy

Which of your routines to automate sensibly, and which better not.

08AI compliance

EU AI Act, GDPR, copyright, what you may actually do and what you may not.

09Conclusion & certificate

Present your own project, AI Practitioner certificate in hand.

Sandra Mareike Lang

Dipl. Kauffrau (FH), 15+ years in adult education, expert in neuroscience-informed learning design and TÜV Rheinland examiner in four disciplines: AI Consultant, AI Agent Builder, AI Trainer, AI strategy consultant.

Mareike's background is in instructional design, not software development, which sets this program apart from others. She brings AI as a tool for conveying knowledge, not as a tech feature. What she teaches, she applies herself every day.
