WHAT IS INCLUDED
What is included, and what runs separately.
We enable you to do it yourself. We do not do it for you.
That is the core of the Masterclass, and the clearest boundary in this offering. Following the Boulder principle, you yourself become the scientist-practitioner: we advise, review and guide, you carry it out. Just as at university the supervisor advises on the instrument and the study design, but the researcher writes the work themselves.
Included in the Masterclass

- peer review in NET OF BRAINS
One accompanied pilot project as seed support: we set up your first evaluation or study project together with you, practically and step by step, roughly one working day's worth, up to the first trial data collection. This way you learn it once by doing and then continue independently.
Separate, as commissioned research
As soon as something for you is to be done, that is a separate, paid mandate, priced independently by scope. This includes running a study in full, producing finished questionnaires and analyses, operating and hosting a project beyond the pilot phase, and any further project. The range goes from a small single measurement to a multi-group efficacy study, which is why we price every project individually and discuss it in the consultation.
The reason for this clear separation is your own advantage: what such a study can quickly cost on the market, from several thousand to over ten thousand euros depending on scope, you can do yourself after the Masterclass, with scientific backing. The ongoing support from a professor, a doctoral-level scientist and a research-active statistician is included in the Masterclass.
Custom software (preferential terms)
If your own apps, survey platforms or AI integrations are to be built, that is a separate software package. Masterclass members receive preferential terms. We discuss the terms as soon as a concrete use case is on the table.

- Prerequisite: the complete Scientific Trainer Program including TÜV certification (ISO 17024), the scientist-practitioner program for the Learning & Development sector. Without this certification, entry into the Masterclass is not possible.
Option 3 · commissioned research (separate, for members and existing clients)
Studies and evaluation projects of your own beyond the included pilot we carry out as commissioned research, priced individually by scope, from a small single project to a full efficacy study. Masterclass members receive preferential terms. We discuss and price your specific project in the consultation.
BONUS
Senior Scientist-Practitioner in L&D, already during the Masterclass.
You reach the qualification while the Masterclass is still running, after a publication of your own, a larger specialist publication or an empirical piece of work based on your results from the program, for example the design and scientific evaluation of a training concept of your own. You thereby receive the title Senior Scientist-Practitioner in L&D, the mark of your scientifically grounded way of working.
