Prove impact instead of claiming it.

Satisfaction at the end of a seminar measures the catering and, above all, your didactic performance. An important service value, but it says nothing about impact and transfer. We demonstrate the impact of your work cleanly, on a scientific basis, with an entry point that is easy: from ten well-chosen questions to a randomized study.

Discuss impact (50 min)

"Very satisfied" is not proof of impact.

Satisfaction after a seminar mainly measures how pleasant and how didactically good the event was. That is a genuine service value, which we take seriously. But it says nothing about whether anything changes in everyday practice. Anyone who takes satisfaction as proof of impact ends up measuring the quality of the catering. No wonder that barely a third of companies use evaluation systematically for investment decisions (Haufe Akademie Benchmarking 2025). And yet the impact question is more answerable today than ever. What is missing is not the method. What is missing is the function that asks for it. We are that function.

You start small. And you stop where it is enough.

Impact measurement is not all-or-nothing but a scale. You enter where budget, time and your question allow. Every stage is scientifically sound from the very first. Low-threshold does not mean undemanding with us.

1 · Smart short survey

Ten questions chosen according to the rules of questionnaire design, for the right target group. The easy entry point, often as a pilot.

2 · Pre/post with validated instruments

Effect sizes instead of gut feeling, measured against benchmarks.

3 · Your own instruments, where needed

Constructed according to the rules of test theory, where no suitable questionnaire exists.

4 · Controlled comparison

With an active control group, not the flattering waiting list.

5 · Randomized controlled trial

The gold standard, when your question calls for it.

Across all of it: meta-analyses

Placing your results in context against existing meta-analyses.

No fear of years and hundreds of thousands. The pilot starts small, the rest grows with your question.

More than questionnaires.

On our studies platform we host every question type plus neurocognitive methods: computer-based performance tests such as Stroop, Flanker or N-Back, which capture attention, self-control and working memory objectively, beyond what people report about themselves. We triangulate self-report, behavior and third-party rating. German server, GDPR-compliant; for data processing we provide you with a sample agreement (DPA, PDF). The result comes in effect sizes, in plain language, placed against the benchmarks of your field.

Have it proven, or prove it together.

Done for you

We take on the impact study, from pilot study to full study. You get robust proof without having to become a statistician yourself.

Done with you

In the Masterclass you bring the competence in-house, and we accompany you in doing so. Depending on your needs, a pilot study is included or added on preferential terms. This makes robust evaluation attainable even for small and medium-sized education businesses and for industry on tight budgets.

What we have already measured.

Negotiation training. Efficacy study with 164 participants from 24 groups, full psychometric analysis with effect sizes and moderator analysis.

Neurocognitive intervention study. Quasi-experimental pre/post design with behavioral tasks, pre-registered.

Currently in enquiry. Impact measurement of a training in virtual reality.

A 50-minute intro call.

We tell you honestly which stage of the spectrum makes sense for you.
