Your Training Schedule

  • Enjoy 38 hours of interactive web meetings via ZOOM and many hours of self-study material in easily digestible portions! It is essential to study the self-learning units before each online meeting - this is the only way to ensure that all participants have a comparable level of knowledge.
  • Use the time between the online meetings to let the learnings sink in and integrate them into your workshop & seminar concepts or into your practice.
  • Benefit from the possibility to view all interactive online meetings as recordings in addition to the self-learning content and thus always have access to all relevant information - even years later, when you need information for your seminar or project.
  • Bring your own projects as well as training and consulting topics into the fully interactive webinars and work directly on the implementation of  training content and methods.
  • Use the course content to work on scientific explanations of your methods and learn how to communicate science-based models transparently to participants, contractors and internal customers on a case-by-case basis.

Self study unit: Neurophysiology und Neuroplasticity

(videos and materials available on the learning platform).

Interaktive Online-Tutoring via ZOOM (3 hours, with a 20 minute break)

Week 3-4

Self study unit: Funktional Neuroanatomy

(videos and materials available on the learning platform).


Week 4

Interaktive Online-Tutoring via ZOOM (3 hours, with a 20 minute break)

Functional Neuroanatomy. Big picture and implications for the practice. Forming neuroanatomical structures live with clay.

Self study unit: Neuropsychology and Systems Theory

Phase 3: Transforming practice transfer into added value

 

Week 9

Individual Online-Coaching: One-hour zoom appointment to discuss your own implementation projects / transfer concepts.


Week 10 - 22

THREE-MONTH IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

 

  • develop your concepts / projects
  • take part in one three-hour online workshop per month to discuss your interim results (dates are arranged according to needs during the training)
  • describe your results in a final thesis* (approx. 20 pages).

Online Exam (multiple choice, 60 minutes): Fundamental Science, Neurophysiology, Neuroanaotmy, Neuropsychology and Systems Theory. 


05.10.2020

Interaktive Online-Workshop via ZOOM (3 hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon, with two 20 minute breaks and a 1,5 hour lunch break): Presentation and discussion of the project results, certification and closing ceremony.


* The projects are best chosen so that participants can use them directly in their area of responsibility. The following examples are only intended to provide suggestions:

 

  • Development of your own neuro-didactically based training concept
  • Development of a concept for the neuropsychologically optimized implementation of change processes or a concrete change project
  • Development of a neuropsychologically optimized recruiting campaign
  • Development of a neuropsychologically optimized Talent Management, Employee Experience or Employee Retention Program
  • Development of a neuropsychologically based consulting or coaching concept
  • Development of neuropsychologically optimised implementation strategies for methods such as SCRUM, Design Thinking
